|Welcome to St. Paul UMC! We invite you to come and experience God and community with our lively Saturday night Sacred Grounds Coffeehouse concerts, our Sunday morning worship and our Wednesday evening Community Worship!
St. Paul is a place of healing and growth through Alcoholics and Narcotics Anonymous meetings and our bible studies. We continue to help transform Durham in serving our neighbors by partnering with the Durham Rescue Mission, Urban Ministries, the Colonial Village Neighborhood Association, the Northgate Park Neighborhood Association and more.
Our Youth Group meets the 2nd Sunday of each month at 4pm in Sacred Grounds Coffeehouse.
See our community engagement and activities on our Blog.
OUR NEXT COLONIAL VILLAGE NEIGHBORHOOD EVENT IS SATURDAY, MAY 19TH AT 7:30 PM! MOVIE NIGHT AT THE VILLAGE PLAYGROUND! ALL ARE WELCOME! FAMILY FRIENDLY MOVIE AND POPCORN!
Let our Sermons on Video inspire you!
Music is a universal language that brings us closer to each other and to God. Learn about our Choir and our very talented Music Director, Robert Buxton. The St. Paul United Methodist Church Choir is accepting new singers! Come and sing a wide variety of music with us: everything from old time southern gospel music, hymns, and sacred harp songs to contemporary praise songs. Whether you are an experienced singer, or have never sung before, come and make a joyful noise unto the Lord with us! We rehearse on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 PM, and Sundays from 10:30-11:00 AM. Sunday services are from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
You would be hard pressed to find a more hospitable group of people. We invite you to come as we Worship God, Love Neighbor and Raise Disciples of Jesus Christ!
