Preparation for Charge Conference
Staff Parish Relations Committee will meet on August 25 at 6:30 pm in Cokesbury Classroom to prepare recommendations for pastoral and staff compensation for 2016.
Finance Committee will meet on September 24 at 6:30 pm to compile the budget for 2016.
Budgets: Those responsible for all budget areas, except staff compensation, please submit your 2016 budget request to Phil Bowling, Finance Chairman, no later than September 13, 2015.
Annual Charge Conference
Our annual Charge Conference will be held on November 8, 2015. The conference will meet at Bethany UMC on Guess Rd.
Worship begins at 4pm; the conference starts at 4:45pm.
Prayer Time and Bible Study
First and third Wednesday of each month (restarting in September)

What Can You Do To Help ?
Hannah’s Closet (Opening September 12th)
Please help one of our Life Groups at St. Paul with a mission project to assist families with children 5 & under who are either transitioning out of homelessness or participating in a homeless prevention program. We are collecting new or gently used (not abused) baby items in the bin in the Narthex. Please join us in helping love and support these families. Teen Goody Bags
Pastor Michelle and Gwen Burney are coordinating an effort to provide ‘goody bags’ to teens that live in the neighborhood around the church. Please bring non-perishable snacks (crackers, granola bars, raisins, sweets, etc) on August 16th.
