Humanitarian Response: The Corridor
District is collecting clothing for women and
children for shipment to the Brownsville,
TX/Mexico border. The drop off place is
Sanctuary@Lakewood UMC at 2317 Chapel
Hill Road, Durham on Saturday July 26 or
Saturday August 2, from 9 am to 12 noon. If
you need to drop off items before July 26th,
contact Rev. Rosanna Panizo at 919-824-9202
to make other arrangements. Please include
the requested items ONLY.
Needed items are:
• Underwear for children and women (all
sizes)
• Socks for children and women (all sizes)
Prayer Time and Bible Study: Join us on the
first and third Wednesday.
