Habitat House: We will be collecting donations the rest of this month for building two Habitat houses in the Durham area next year. The money raised will be matched. Thank you for caring and sharing.
Operation Christmas Child (Shoebox Ministry): UMM invite you to share Christmas with a children from around the world. Plastic show boxes will be available at the church in October along with further directions on how you can help.

Bazaar: Our annual FUNdraiser, the Fall Bazaar, will be next Saturday, October 5, 8-1. It will feature crafts, yard sale items, and delicious goodies such as homemade cakes and pickles. Also available will be ham and sausage biscuits for breakfast and hot dogs and barbecue sandwiches for lunch. You can help make this event a success by (1) inviting others, (2) providing items for the sale, and (3) volunteering on Friday for setting up and/or on Saturday for greeting customers, selling, and/or cleaning up afterwards. Whether you can work both days, one day, or a few hours, your participation is important. Please let Linda Lane (919-477-8684) know when you are available. Thank you. Hope to see you at the bazaar. Enjoy the shopping and the food.
