UMW meeting: Tuesday, March 19, 10:30

Prayer time/Bible study: Will not meet Wednesday, March 20, and Wednesday, April 3. Meetings will resume April 17, 6:30 PM.

Urban Ministries: St Paul will be serving Urban Ministries the 4th Saturday of each month during 2013. The next serving opportunity will be March 23 which the youth group will serve. If you are interested, your next opportunity will be April 27th.

Prayer Team: If you wish to be notified when there is either sickness or death in the church, contact Linda Lane (919-477-8684) so your name can be added to the call list. Thank you for caring.

Easter Sunrise Service/Breakfast: Sunday March 31st at 7:00am. Breakfast will be served afterwards.

Block Party: Saturday, May 4th. Help is needed. Contact Marianne Ward #919-943-5490, Phil Bowling 919-477-1584, or Richard Ward 919-943-5566.

Youth 30 Hour Famine: March 22 – 23rd at Aldersgate UMC. The mission is to raise $360 dollars to feed one kid for one year. On Saturday the 23rd St. Paul will be responsible for preparing the salad for the closing meal. Please contact Steve Murphy if you want to help #919-410-8273.

Holy week at Duke’s Chapel UMC:
Maundy Thursday service: March 28, 7PM.  We are invited to remember Jesus last night with his disciples.
Good Friday: The Duke’s Chapel UMC will be open from 3PM-6PM for people to experience “The Way of the Cross”. This will be a self-guided meditation through 14 stops or stations that recall the journey of Jesus to Calvary.

Food Pantry: Please bring your cans or packaged rice, soups, and powdered milk during March and April for Urban Ministries of Durham. You can leave all donated items in the vestibule or Fellowship Hall.
