Christmas dinner: Because we want to be sure to cook enough food and set up enough places for next Saturday’s Christmas dinner, we ask that you let us know if you plan to attend. The menu is a traditional Christmas dinner of ham, turkey, and the trimmings. See Linda Lane to purchase tickets ($5 each). Or, call her (919-477-8684) if you plan to come. Chrismon tree: Join us in placing nonperishable food items, either wrapped in white or unwrapped, beneath the Chrismon tree. These “gifts” will be taken to the food pantry at Urban Ministries after Christmas. Thank you for caring.
Christmas Eve Worship Service: Will begin at 6:30 on Monday, December 24th.
New Years Eve Communion: Come and go communion will be held Monday, December 31st from 4 – 6pm.
Poinsettias: If anyone wants to buy a live poinsettia and place it on the railing for the Christmas season in memory or honor of someone please feel free to. You can take it home after the Christmas music on December 23rd.
Urban Ministries: Come help serve breakfast at Urban Ministries. December 22 meet at St Paul at 7:25am.
Luminaries Colonial Village Neighborhood association will be selling luminaries on December 16th in the Church Parking lot. We want to buy luminaries to support our neighborhood and to decorate the outside of our church for Christmas Eve and New Year Eve. Help needed.
Christmas Music will take place at the morning worship service on December 23. This year’s music will be in the form of a musical concert combining both traditional Christmas music along with newer renditions of the season. Linda Metz will be our guest, accompanying several of the selections on the flute. This will be an inspirational time for all. Invite your family, neighbors, and friends to enjoy the sounds of the season with us !
